Clayton Factory – A.S. James Pty Ltd

A.S. James Pty Ltd engaged our team to refurbish a factory area in Clayton that is used as a laboratory for dirt and soil testing, requiring a durable, clean, and easy-to-maintain flooring solution.

The works involved a full mechanical grind, patch repairs, and the removal of existing bolts to properly prepare the surface. We then applied two coats of Pipeline Grey epoxy with sand broadcast, sanding between coats to achieve consistency, and finished the system with an epoxy glaze coat.

The result was a huge transformation, delivering a hard-wearing, functional surface suited to laboratory use while significantly improving the overall appearance of the space.
