CoatMate was engaged by O & J Mercuri Constructions to install a durable epoxy flooring system within a commercial facility in Cheltenham.

Following our initial site assessment, elevated moisture levels and rising damp were identified within the concrete slab. To ensure a long-lasting result, our team implemented a moisture-tolerant epoxy system specifically designed to withstand moisture vapour transmission and provide a stable foundation for the final coating.

The floor was mechanically prepared before the application of a Pipeline Grey Epoxy Glaze system, delivering a seamless, hard-wearing finish that is easy to maintain and ideal for commercial environments.

To improve safety at the main entrance, a Quartz Grip anti-slip system was installed, providing enhanced slip resistance while maintaining a professional appearance.

The completed project delivered a practical and visually appealing flooring solution that addressed the site’s moisture challenges while providing long-term durability and performance.
